TELETHERAPY SERVICES
G-S.A.L.T. LLC provides online teletherapy services to address a variety of needs. This program is ideal for clients who desire to have speech services at home or those who are in remote areas of the country and around the world. There is no limit to where our services can go. Our goal is to remove the barriers so that both adults and children can benefit from our professional services without leaving their homes. We provide the same level of quality services as live face to face therapy. Our program is geared towards anyone desiring online therapy for any reason. We also welcome individuals in remote areas, home schoolers, and missionary families who do not have direct access to speech therapy services. We also offer online consultation.
Our teletherapy services include speech and language therapy for children and adults as well as foreign accent reduction programs for non-native English speakers.
The American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) supports teletherapy, also referred to as Telepractice. They define Telepractice as "the application of telecommunications technology to the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology professional services at a distance by linking clinician to client or clinician to clinician for assessment, intervention, and/or consultation." https://www.asha.org/practice-portal/professional-issues/telepractice/

Software for Teletherapy or Online Therapy
We use Zoom which is Medical Rated and HIPPA Compliant. We are open to using other platforms which are HIPPA Compliant to meet the individual needs of our clients and to ensure that we maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients’ information.
